SERVICES
PLANNING
Our team collaborates together to discuss the best method of running the part. We then create a detailed machining plan to release to the shop for every job that hits the production floor. Together, the team ensures that the CNC CAD/CAM is programmed to the optimal settings to ensure that the customer's parts will be ran with accuracy.
FIRST INSPECTION
The quality assurance team will inspect the first article to ensure that our set-up, program, and planning is developing a part that meets our customer's drawing and tolerances.
PRODUCTION
Once the quality assurance team has approved the first article, it will be released back onto the shop floor to continue with the production run. Our team is trained to randomly check parts as they finish to confirm that all parts are consistent and meeting the requirements.
FINAL INSPECTION
Upon completion of the production run, our quality assurance team will complete a final inspection to ensure that the parts are in compliance with our customer's drawing / design. Final inspection data is logged, filed, and kept away in perpetuity.
